The "Le Coeur" project is a modern office complex in the heart of Düsseldorf that was redesigned as part of a high-end development project.

In Cologne-Rodenkirchen, PE Ringviertel GmbH & Co. KG is planning to develop a residential neighborhood and a daycare center.

With the Deutz Harbor project, a new mixed-use urban neighborhood is taking shape in Cologne, with space for approximately 7,000 residents and around 6,000 jobs.

For the planned construction of a new logistics warehouse in Trossingen, LIST Eco was commissioned by its sister company, LIST Bau Stuttgart, to conduct a Carbon Due Diligence Light and a climate risk analysis.

DLH is planning a new logistics campus in the Bavarian municipality of Dombühl. LIST Eco was commissioned to develop the sustainability concept. The logistics campus is to consist of 61,100 square meters of warehouse and logistics space, 3,000 square meters of office space, and areas for manufacturing and production. All of this will be built on a plot of land covering nearly 125,500 square meters.

In June 2024, Phase 5 International commissioned LIST Eco to prepare GEG certifications for five commercial buildings. These are part of the planned construction of a new business park in Bergheim, which is to be developed on behalf of Metroloq Projektentwicklung GmbH. The warehouses have usable floor areas (Gross Floor Area E00) of approximately 1,390, 3,540, 885, 515, and 1,020 square meters, respectively.

LIST Eco conducted an analysis of the demolition of an existing structure and its potential for the construction of a new LIDL store in Wangen.

LIST Eco was commissioned to assess the impact of preserving and renovating an existing building versus demolishing it and constructing a new one in terms of building- and operational-related CO2 emissions for an office building in Nuremberg.

By creating high-quality BIM models for architecture and structural engineering, LIST Eco produced BIM-based building resource passports in accordance with DGNB standards for a comparison of options involving existing buildings, renovation projects, and new construction. This was done based on a feasibility study conducted by the Cologne Building Authority.

In Greven, the FIEGE Logistik Stiftung is developing a flagship project for sustainable logistics. For the project, LIST Eco has developed a concept that promotes biodiversity, strikes a balance between functionality and environmental quality, and transforms the logistics site into a habitat.
