LIST Eco was founded in 2022 as a spin-off from the List Gruppe to bring together consulting, specialized planning, and certification services for sustainable real estate under one roof. With over 55 experts across 9 locations, we have supported more than 300 projects. We work with investors, developers, property owners, corporations, the public sector, and planning partners.
