Why it works
A recognized risk does not protect a building.
A climate risk analysis identifies heat, heavy rain or storms as dangers at the location. It only becomes effective when it becomes components: shading, cooling, retention, infiltration. These interventions are subsequently complex because the facade, roof and outdoor facilities are then stuck and areas are missing. Green-blue measures also affect temperature and water balance at the same time, which makes them economically attractive compared to purely technical solutions.
