Why it works
A design without verified feasibility is a bet.
Many projects begin with a draft before it has been clarified whether needs, location and urban development situation actually fit together. An integral feasibility study clarifies this in advance, with requirements planning according to DIN and an architectural classification of the location.
If this check is skipped, the gap often only becomes apparent in the building committee or during the property discussion, when a correction already costs planning work. Investors and public bodies are increasingly demanding this basis before they even agree to a project.
