Why it works
Efficient systems without suitable controls consume just as much as inefficient ones.
Most of the time a building is running at partial load, not at design point. Whether the planned efficiency is achieved is determined by the control strategy, not the producer's data sheet. If the automation is only assigned after the system has been planned, a patchwork of isolated trade solutions is created that no one can penetrate in the company. An automation and data structure planned early on is also the prerequisite for measurably optimizing operations later.
